I am a host using RedAwning, and cannot tell you how shady and terrible this company is. Do not use them ever for anything. Avoid at all costs.

Really easy to book a new place to stay on the go!

Have to constantly re add my reservation every time I want to look at it.

My party of 15 were forced to cancel due to the covid pandemic. We really wanted to go. They offered a reschedule but sadly this doesn’t work for our large party. They REFUSE to give a refund and will not give us our money back for a service we never received. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH RED AWNING!

Doesn’t work. Tried several times. Sent emails telling them it doesn’t work, no response. Hope my vacation doesn’t turn out like this!!!!!

Booked a condo in Panama City Beach, Florida. Arrived after check in time, but was told they were still cleaning. Finally got in room, dirty silverware on the floor, refrigerator was dirty with spilled food and drinks in it. Microwave was dirty inside. Flat stop stove was nasty. Coffee maker broken. Toaster had burnt toast in it. 4 days in, there was an electrical issue in ceiling fan and fire came flying out of it. Called property manager and they sent out a maintenance man who said he couldn’t fix it. He took down the ceiling fan and left it in the patio. Electrician came out and put up new fan only to break the globe. Neighbors beside us smoked Marijuana all day and night so the smell was awful. We couldn’t go far for having to meet the maintenance man constantly. Beware of renting through these people.

At first it seemed to work, I was able to see my reservation for a few months then a couple weeks before our trip it just disappeared and could get it to work anymore. I even deleted the app and re downloaded it, still can’t retrieve my reservation. I’m getting emails but none that give me any real information.

I have not been able to get this app to work on my iPhone. I’ve sent two emails to figure out the issue but haven’t received a response.

We booked out vacation thru Red Awning. They called and said the property was not “not pet friendly” as advertised after we spent days finding a property that was accessible for him and his small pet. They are not delivering what they offered. Also taking hours to cancel charges for the travel insurance and credit card purchase. Horrible company to deal with. And the app doesn’t work on Samsung nor iPad.

Just downloaded and I can’t even pull up my reservations. You can type in your ID but when the “View Registration” button is pushed...nothing. It won’t submit. Every time. Once in a while it’ll give me an error message. You should probably stop promoting this app in your emails until it’s fixed! Update 6/15/18 I emailed their guest services and received about 10 emails in a row saying the same thing. The check-in confirmation details...after clicking the “confirm” I restarted the app and magically my reservations was loaded. Seems like this company needs some serious IT fixing. Not sure why I received so many of the same email too!
