One of the worse app ever use plz use different app for your booking
I am extremely disappointed with the bus service from Hubli to Vapi. The bus was delayed for 6 hours, causing significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, when I reached out for assistance, Ms. orthi Guha responded poorly and did not address my concerns adequately. I understand company policies can sometimes limit immediate resolutions, but the lack of empathy and support during the journey is unacceptable. Passengers deserve better communication and assistance, especially during such delays. Even though after 3 days no response from red bus staff and just mailed me we are sorry, i hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and operational efficiency.
Bus broke down and its been 20 days i didn't get my refund. They told me we will call you within 24 hrs but i never received a call from them. Will file a complaint in consumer court. Fraud
My wife and 5 year old kid travelling to Ludhiana from delhi , I informed them that the staff purchased liquor from highway and also stopped the bus for 1 hr and 15 mins instead of 30 mins But RedBus says they can’t do anything just charge customers and enjoy I will be complaining to consumer forum
I booked Hyd to mysore single seat with high amount . 1 . the operator said to pickup van is repair come to cab they will provide the amount to cab but they didn’t respond that i only paid the amount for that. 2. Bus has been changed and arranged the as per there convenience seats . and they are very ride and angry behaviour. Immediately i contacted our Worst REDBUS customer service they also they resolved my issue so it’s Horrible experience with REDBUS booking. Please passengers they are doing internal scams and using with passengers need of travel. Please Don’t Prefer the REDBUS App for the Booking the tickets.
I have booked garuda AC and the bus was non-AC. We have checked with staff and they are saying. It will take sometime we will change bus and after few minutes again they are saying when asked. We informed owner but no use. I have bring this quarry and they are not giving proper reason for this. When i am going again and asking they are asking again same details. Stating from scratch. Worst experience. In this summer how we can bear this. Worst worst support service. Hope this never happen again. Careful with garuda bus while booking. Better avoid
