Fake commitments
For 2nd July I booked this lab for Vitamin Test. They collected the sample and even after 17 hours they are failed to provide the reports. So i dont recommend this lab.

Inaccurate tests
I recently took full body checkup for my wife. TSH level was 19 in report but my wife has no issue in her body. So I again booked thyroid profile test from max lab and got 7.25 TSH level. I can’t even imagine this level of inaccuracy. Not at all recommended.
They are looting customers
Their phlebo created a separate booking, and took Rs100 extra. I didn’t know then as he insisted for a separate no. booking. Later on checking, I saw the collection charge was Rs 50 extra and my vip discount was also not applied.
Report TAT is too long
Redcliffe app is easily accessible and the sample collectors are polite and cooperative but in terms of reports delivery, the service is pathetic. Just for a Glucose test they need a time of more than 30hrs even after several escalation though this reports shows the TAT of 30hrs, which is on the upper hand comparatively to Lal path or any other Local pathology also. They should work on the TAT of delivery of the reports, because if this is taking this much long hours to get the results then it is point of concern as well that why they started accessing sample too late
The worst lab service
I booked appointment for 7:00am to 8:00am My mom usually have breakfast at 7:30am, so i told them to come at least before 8:00. But still blood collecter didn't arrived till 9:00 and when I called their customer care several times they didn'teven gave proper reply. Keeps telling me that collector will come on time, reching you shortly. If you can’t manage time and people have to stay hungry because of you. You are the worst kind.

Charged twice for same test on app
Using app for 1.3 years. Duplicate tests ordered no resolution provided. For both test same reports are shared. When asked for retest Redcliff has denied.
Bad experience with the lab
Recently I have booked an blood test, and the phlebotomist come to my residence he is promised me that he will provide and hard and after test done he is not picking the call. Neither he is denying me to provide the report very bad experience with Redcliff not recommended to anyone.
