When I came to check out I got a free protector spray and an extra 5% discount for using the app. I ordered on Saturday morning and received my gorgeous bag today on Tuesday. I visited the store yesterday and was browsing through the headcollars looking for a fieldsafe headcollar for my tricky to catch mare. Melody saw me looking and kindly went through the display and pulled out all the safety headcollars for me to have a look at and explained how each one was designed to work. Unfortunately, there wasn't one that quite fitted my requirements (I'm very fussy, and so is my mare! Lol). Melody and I chatted about my horse and I explained she was quite sensitive and I was worried about my current headcollar rubbing her ears. Melody asked if I'd tried wrapping the headpiece with sheepskin? I'd never even thought about doing that! Melody then found me the Lemieux sheepskin nose/poll protector and I purchased it to give it a try. It is absolutely perfect and is an ideal fit around the head piece of my safety headcollar and so much more comfortable for Mouse! Thank you Melody for listening to what I needed 😀fantastic customer service!

Since the last few months the app doesn’t work outside the UK even with a VPN.

We arrived by the of chance on Friday 24th my daughter had a hat fitting, the sales person was very knowledgeable and obliging nothing to much trouble. Highly recommend.

Always struggle with this app, search is terrible, can never work out how to return things, puts me off using Redpost

Georgina helped me buy a new hat, she was incredibly helpful ensuring the hat I bought was the right fit, she was very patient as I tried several different hats, very well informed on the safety aspects and brands available, and had excellent customer service without pressurising me to make a choice.
