Best mobile banking app I’ve used!
Switched from Bank of America, and the experience with RCU is like night and day. Should have switched a long time ago!

Access Your Account:
• Register your account in the app to use digital banking.
• Fast and secure login with Face ID® & Touch ID®
• Forgot your username or password? Get it through the app!
• Update your address, email, phone number.
• Use the new Quick Balance widget to see balances without signing in.
• View an overview of accounts, loans, credit cards, and investments in Account Summary. Select an account to view transaction history.
• Overdraft controls—set a backup option for when there's not enough in your account.
• Fast transaction search.
• Order new checks.
• Stop payment on a check.
• Set up and edit account alerts. View sent alert history.
• Questions about your account? Contact us securely through the app!
Payments Simplified:
• RCUpay: easily send money to friends and family—even if they aren't an RCU Member!
• Schedule one-time or recurring transfers and payments.
• Set up and make payments or transfers to and from your accounts at other financial institutions.
• Keep track of transfers and payments you've scheduled.
• Get your loan payoff amount for any time in the next 30 days.
• Free Bill Pay service—pay your bills on the go!
Card Services:
• Add cards to Apple Pay® directly from the app.
• View and redeem your RCU credit and debit rewards points for cash or other rewards.
• Not using your debit or credit card? Freeze it for extra security until you’re ready to use it again.
• Report your credit or debit card lost or stolen. (This will cancel your card and issue a new one, so if it’s only misplaced, freeze it instead.)
• Gain control over your spending with debit and credit card alerts and controls. Block online transactions or set alerts for purchases above certain amounts.
• Add upcoming travel notes to ensure access when you’re out of town.
• Adjust ATM and debit card purchase limits to meet your needs.
• Set your PIN on all your cards. Update your PIN on existing cards or set the PIN on your new card.
• Activate new credit and debit cards.
Mobile Features:
• Landscape view for iPad—adjust the app to your preferred orientation.
• Autocapture for mobile deposit takes the pictures for you—just align your camera over the check.
• Check current holds and pending deposits
• Use Security under Settings to view devices accessing your account and set your authentication preferences.

User friendly
I use the RCU app all the time User friendly and gives me up to date information I need when I do my banking online
Unable to Deposit Check
Whenever I try to take a picture of the check, the entire screen goes black. I’m unable to go back and I have to close out the application entirely.

Easy for Seniors
Seniors love this App and RCU!
Lacking
RCU needs to use Zelle. This alone has me contemplating switching banks. The current person to person system is not good at all. Not user friendly. Disappointed that we still do not have Zelle.
Great place to bank
We’ve been member since the ‘90’s it’s a great place to bank.
Can’t enter amount of check to deposit
App used to work just fine until a couple months ago. When attempting to do mobile deposit I am unable to enter the amount of the check. After I select which account to deposit to I tap in the amount field and a window box pops up with 0.00 hard coded and will not let me change it. So frustrating! Fortunately I have an iPad and am able to do the deposit, the amount field is a little peculiar but at least it gets the job done. Ugh. Update: Reached out/emailed support and got immediate response. I ended up needing to double tap on the pop up box in the 0.00s and then the keyboard was there so I could enter the amount. Deposited a check today. Yay!
