My pharmacy shows this as a recommendation to get refills.I downloaded it and put in the phone number and it didn’t even recognize it. What a joke.

I can barely read the screen! I tried using on my phone but the font was too small and too light to read. Tried it on my iPad Pro and I can BARELY read what I have typed. Hard to check if I typed the correct Rx. As a medical app you should be ashamed. I can’t be the only person with this problem.

I do not like this app. You are not able to scan meds to refill. You also can not look up past medications or information. I would like to see if I had changes in Medication or be able to reorder easier.

My Wide and I have been using this app for over a year. Have not had any problems at all. We have used the same pharmacy since before we started using this app. It is a local pharmacy not a big box store pharmacy.

I am definitely connected to the internet for every other app, not able to use just this app despite several tries. Garbage.

Sadly, an app that really has no benefit for the user. It’s easier to just call in refills.

I hate we have to put in every px every time! That means getting the bottles putting in all the numbers. Should be a way for an acct which keeps our px with number and we can just pick it like other refill apps we have used. I’m not a fan at all would rather call them in. It’s faster for me!

I’ve tried using it many times , I do as directed and it does not work.

All I do is enter my name, then Rx #’s and send. I’ve never had a problem since using it 6-8 months ago!

This app is horrible. Doesn’t hold previous prescriptions and requires you to put in all info every time you want a refill. Unfortunate my pharmacy chose this app. I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy with a more user friendly app.
