Regus: Offices & Meeting Rooms

This company hid fees and doubled back on details one of their own customer-service agents told me in an email. They lost my business

Literally the worst company you could ever use avoid them at all cost. Even after you cancel the service they still charge your card without your permission

VERY difficult to speak to any supervisor that has the ability to look into any discrepancies or problems you might have with your account or how you are being treated by staff at the office you use. Without going into the sordid details suffice to say that it is not possible to speak to anyone in charge of the offices. I spent far too long searching the website , going as far to try and find someone on LinkedIn and came up empty. G-d forbid you have a problem with your account. You will be on your own!!!

I accidentally clicked another account on my iPhone, and now it won’t let me go back to my current account. Unable to click drop down arrow. Opened a ticket with account help desk hopefully fixed soon.

This is terrible

I just updated the app to its most current version about a half an hour ago. When I start the app, I now see the Regus logo with big city skyscrapers in the background. That last for about one second and then the app shuts down somebody needs to stop apologizing for all the problems. Users are having and fix the problems immediately your reputation is sliding fast downward.

I give kudos for one thing about the Regus Offices, the professional environment is very upright, it has genuine appreciation of business protocols above and beyond the call of duty. The suites are in prime location and they are facilitated for upholding strong business models. A drawback might implode a small business with extended duration contracts which have been leveraged beyond the scope of a small business.

This company is charging fees to the customer without any authorization. Fees like late fees without any reason and mail forwarding, knowing that if you cancelled that service they still charging you without any reason. They are scammers. Be aware of this company.

This company is a scam!! please read the other comments before using any of Regus services!! I have been trying to cancel my service for hours and I keep getting the run a round, in the app and online. They make it very difficult to cancel. Stating that you can cancel from the app and when you type in the request they tell you to come back later and it seems to be a problem and can’t process the request!! Do not use this service!! They are taking peoples hard earned money!!!

Waste of money, rather than meet some one at an actual local office to get paper done bos. Update: it sent me another invoice for nothing! I cancel it from the first day. Waste of money and now they tried to rip me off with another payment!!! Stay away! Rather than just go straight to local cowork office!
