Empowering resource
I write this from perspective of the Dad: this app and Charlene's immense knowledge and ability to hold the space were invaluable from the early stages of the pregnancy all the way through to the birth and beyond. The user interface was little unrefined in places when I used it in 2022. I have no hesitation to recommend this app as it fundamentally changes my perception of pregnancy and birth.
Everything you need to know in one app
The app is absolutely fantastic! It is packed with everything I needed to know about pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery. The information was well-organized, easy to follow, and gave me the tools to feel completely informed and prepared. I loved how I could learn at my own pace, and the app answered so many of my questions before I even had to ask. It provided helpful tips, resources, and videos that made the process of childbirth feel much more manageable and less overwhelming. The app was the perfect complement to my doula’s in-person support, and I found myself referring to it often for guidance and reassurance. If you’re looking for a comprehensive and user-friendly tool to enhance your birth experience, this app is a must-have!

Cannot recommend enough
This app is absolutely packed with so much valuable information about birth that will leave you feeling so confident as your due date gets closer! The additional meditations, affirmations and breath work tracks are so beneficial to support you during pregnancy and birth. Charlene’s voice is so beautiful and instantly makes me feel calm and relaxed!

Used this app for both my pregnancies and absolutely loved it. Charlene comes across as so warm, fun and incredibly knowledgable. Loved the visualisations and audio tracks and the crash course hand outs with visual info. Highly recommend!

I used this app throughout my recent pregnancy. I loved the short videos that made a lot of information digestible. I learnt some really useful tricks to help me manage labour which came in handy during my 3 day labour! The app played a big role in me being able to have a successful VBAC!
