Still one of my favorite meditation apps but could use some updates. In searching for an Android version of this app for my sister, I realized that David Ridgeway has several other publicly recorded hypnosis sessions including ones for sleep, confidence, weight loss, pms, and stop smoking. If these were made available to add to this app, I’d gladly pay an extra one time fee to purchase the extra sessions and have them all conveniently in one place. Ridgeway’s voice is so calm and rhythmic that he makes for a wonderful, trustworthy guide. I would love to see this app grow!

Relax now it’s so perfect. I fell asleep even before it was done. It’s so relaxing as long as you do it right I went from picturing random things to picturing flower fields and lakes. When using this app you are so relaxed!

I’ve had this all for years and it’s still the one I use every night to relax! Tons of sounds and music plus visuals make this the best way to relax! I really like the use of binaural tones to calm the mind as well. Newer apps act like this is a new discovery while this app has been doing it forever! I tell everyone I know and always load this on new devices! Please keep this app active! Don’t know what I’d do without it! :). Best of the best!!

I usually don’t review apps but this one is the exception. When I have trouble falling asleep, I put this on, and boom, I’m out cold within 5 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever heard the whole thing through because I fall asleep too quick. Something about his voice and the first couple minutes of guided breathing and relaxation. It’s an incredible app and I’m so glad I stumbled upon it. Highly recommend for anyone with sleep troubles.

First off, let me say that the speaker has a very soothing voice and the initial focus on breathing was great, but then came the imagery. If you have skin sensitivities and/or balance issues, you might want to skip this one. By several minutes in, I was trying to avoid thinking about itching and overheating, as well as staying balanced and not falling while walking downhill, until I was so tense I had to turn it off. If you are just mentally stressed, though, I think this could be relaxing.

The sequence to help you fall asleep is wonderfully dreamy, and I deeply enjoy it. It’s so nice that when I fall asleep before my favorite part, which is quite often, I’m a bit disappointed. Thank you for many, many nights of better sleep!

This guy does a fantastic job! And I have listened to several different people! This guy is amazing! He is legit and helped me immediately.

It works every time! I’ve used this app every night for more than 4 years and I couldn’t live without it!! I fall asleep instantly!

Please update this app to iOS 11. It’s life saving for sleep. I also thank you I was able to use it for years.
