Reliable Taxi

Wait time is ALWAYS incorrect. Drivers gps often times doesn’t show u accurately. Drivers also add that they had to wait a while (which causes an added fee) when in reality they didn’t.

Worst app ever! Scam and steal money also drivers are ruthless and will try to assault u

The drivers don’t show up and the time for them to come is incorrect this app has stole money from me twice

I've never had a bad experience with reliable. One of the best cab companies.

They were taxis in my area not one of them responded why is it called reliable taxi when nobody answer? Bad app not worth it

I ordered a taxi using the app to pay with my debit card. After 10 minutes of “locating a driver” I canceled the ride. Prior to ordering the taxi I called and dispatch told me plenty of taxis were available. Anyway, today I found out that they still charged my debit card for the ride. I thought maybe the charge was pending but when I spoke to my bank they said the charge was finalized. What a hassle this is to get a charge reversed. These people really tried to steal my money.

Not reliable at all, five cabs were in my area, one down the block and not one of them answered, after then minutes one that was ten minutes away answered. Terrible service, waited a good two hours once just for them to pick up. If your in a rush I suggest Uber or Lyft even if they might charge more. I even suggest Juno or Via. This is still terrible and now it’s 5 dollars instead of 6.

TERRIBLE TAXI SERVICE! DON’T EXPECT THEM TO COME WITHIN 10-30 minutes. Wait about 2 HOURS and maybe you’ll get one. CALL NEWLINE—the better of two evils. Take the bus or walk, you’ll reach your destination quicker. Drivers aren’t that great either, not worthy of a tip. Smh
