This app is a SCAM. It doesn’t work don’t waste your time or money. It sets people up to think it’ll work and it doesn’t. Let’s people down and makes everyone extremely upset and frustrated. It’s the worst app you can imagine. You’d think they’d have something more reliable for people wanting to talk to family and friends incarcerated. ABSOLUTELY LIVID!’n

Doesn’t work at all tried several times won’t connect screen will be black or can’t hear nothing

Don’t waste your money! Just wait till they go to prison. The amellio app is 20x better. Reliance is just there to take your money

This app is horrible. Users of this app are in a difficult position as in many circumstances there is no other option to connect with their loved ones in jail. The quality of picture and sound belongs back in the early 2000s. It takes at least 5 attempts for the call to actually connect. The developers of this app seem to feel that because these are incarcerated people and their families that they do not deserve adequate technology. In addition, this company is making quite a lot of money ($0.25 PER MINUTE) while providing abysmal service. They get away with it because regardless of the circumstances people want to be able to speak with and see their loved ones. Shame on this company.

This app is awful. When trying to connect to a family loved one in jail and you can’t connect and you lose out on that connection and possibly the $$. Not only that but the sound quality is just awful apparently your family loved in in jail can hear you talk but we can’t hear our family loved one talk to us from the jail. It’s rather annoying and considering what people pay to put on their loved ones accounts to be able to be connected is crap and for it not to work is a waste of money for all. All we want to be able to do is be connected with our family and loved ones while they are in jail and this is not the right app. Please resolve the problem maybe even some reimbursements wouldn’t hurt either.

never connects and i’ve done test calls, don’t work. uninstall and reinstall app. remove number and re verify. phone and app are up to date. for this to be the only way to see a loved one, i wish it would WORK 🙃

I have used this many times with my loved one. And out of the 7 months it has constantly broke down, froze, wont work in general and now its not letting us make calls at all. Says im blocked and when i go to put more money on like it says to be able to receive the calls it just took my $23.33 and still wont let us even voice call. Making a call is a nightmare. This NEEDS TO BE FIXED OR GIVE US GRIEVING FAMILIES OUR MONEY BACK!
