Remember: Room Escape

I purchased this game and before it will let me play it says I must consent to their privacy rules which allows tracking and in-game ads. The reason I only play games that I pay for is to avoid in-app purchases and ads. I pay for games to support developers directly not to see adds. This game will now be deleted.

Nice game. Not a cash grab but a labor of love, it seems to me, which makes the game more engaging. Having just finished the game, i was quite surprised by the long length. And for only $4 (or free, if one doesn't mind ads). Worth it, indeed.

I would give a five star review, however I am unable to complete the game. I have visual processing issues, so the timed puzzle where I have to flip down six books in the library is impossible. The way the game shifts to the next scene while I am trying to orientate where I am in the room is challenging. I would love an option where I can skip this puzzle but still progress in the game to more enjoyable puzzles that I can see properly.

So you got my $2.99. I was not going to waste hours trying to complete the 3rd block puzzle with the slender blocks at the bottom standing vertical. Didn’t even finish that puzzle. I stopped playing and deleted the game. And with the second block puzzle how would you ever guess the 2 triangle shaped ones were supposed to be in that position when you get the impression that all the space has to be filled with the blocks and no gaps.

I don’t know how this is so under the radar. I have 47 escape room titles on my tablet right now and have removed another 20. I’m always thinking I’ve played them all and the rest will be garbage then….This is easily in the top 10. At first I would have enjoyed more logic puzzles but those came. Great story, immersive, great graphics, no clicking all over the screen mindlessly to find something no human eye could see. All puzzles are solvable…eventually. Hints are spaced really well. You can one to get you going or all of them if you don’t have the tenacity. So so well done.

MORE PLEASE! Dave, please make another game! Use Kickstarter if you must (you could give away a code to get this one for free, if you back the new one)! This was cheap ($3) for many hours of gameplay! Thank you, I loved it. (And I’ve been playing adventure games since the Apple IIe had Ultimate and Wizardry!) Keep it up

I almost never leave reviews. This game is one of the best point and click games I’ve played. The story line keeps track with the puzzles and completely keeps you guessing. The puzzles are not easy, the hints guide you without completely giving answers immediately. This is at the top of my list for games and I truly hope the creators come out with more releases.
