At first I didn’t take it seriously, but…
…but that changed soon.
I’ve been a pretty regular Launchpad user, and was very satisfied with that. Seeing that Remixlive also was subsection based, turned me off. However, that was me being misinformed, because you can buy the app and it’s resources as well. And after doing that, I’ve never looked back. Remixlive is a groovy app in all its aspects. Easy to understand, easy to play live, sounds are good, and you can mix sound-packs on the fly, something dearly missed in my old workhorse.
It’s also regularly updated, so the developer support should be nothing to worry about. I see a clear future for me using this app almost daily, if only for making drumbeats for linear DAW’s, or just jamming my frustrations away.
It’s a cruel world right now in 2022, but nothing can stop our creative minds. Art, and music. That is what makes us human. Discovering Remixlive was, at least for me, finding a new point of light when it comes to human ingenuity. Society is reflected in music. Let’s all work to shine a light. During the siege of ww2 Shostakovich composed the Leningrad Symphony. With Remixlive y’all can make musical treasures. Get it on!
