As this entire method is brand new for utilizing VAT forms there are bound to be issues, however every single comment and issue I’ve sent in has been taken care of quickly and efficiently. I’m excited to see where this company is going, and again yes they are not perfect but it’s a growing process with an entire new system to assist and make things easier for everyone who utilizes VAT forms. Before this app I had used 2 forms in a year and only for over $300 purchases and it was always difficult or worse forgot the form. Now, I can upload simple receipts from the economy and get money back for my family, and I’m excited to see this program help many more that very much could use any extra assistance.

So I’ve downloaded the app and followed every instruction they gave! I have not had one receipt completed, they’ve been on pending for months on in. Complete scam and waste of time don’t recommend putting your information out there to a company who’s doing god knows what with it. Be safe out there
