App does not work

I paid for the premium option too and all the functions still do not work, even the very basic functions. The contact us function does not work so I do not know how to get a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Horrible! Asks to purchase incessantly without being able to try all the full suite of abilities.
