Remote for Samsung

Ads are not able to be closed and remain on screen permanently.

So my remote control is totally dead! It doesn’t do a thing! I downloaded this app, in an effort to still be able to watch tv! I searched for the tv through the app and went to connect the TV to the app, when a message appeared on the tv asking me to approve the connection! Do you see what I realized just at that moment? I can’t select approve because my remote is dead and the only way to navigate on the tv is to use the remote! Hmmm! So that leads me to wonder why is anyone downloading this app if they’re remote works properly and allows them to accept the connection! Am I the only one who is just realizing that the makers of this app really didn’t think this through? And am I the first one to run into this problem?

It’s a pretty good remote, basically like having the real thing.. only issue so far volume button will not work

It works but it’s super clunky and there’s a pop-up ad every 30 seconds or so. We’ll stick with the remote that came with our tv.

What’s the point of downloading a remote app if I still need the remote to allow access on my tv just to use the app

I downloaded this because I couldn’t find my remote but it doesn’t work unless you have your remote!!!

So helpful, original remote didn’t have a light so it will be hard to press to change channels

The app works as it should, The ads can be annoying

It asks me to click allow on my Samsung TV every time I need to use this app. I need the regular remote to click allow so it defeats the need for this app. Very aggravating.

this app is very good and easy to use, but every few moves there’s ads. it gets irritating
