Remotie PRO: Samsung TV Remote

This app used to work when it first came out but it never connects to my tv . Then I downloaded the monthly subscription version and that one connected just fine ….feeling ripped off

App requires permission every time utilized. If TV remote is required to enable app what is the point of the app?

Each time trying to connect with same TV need confirmation from TV (you need TV original remote). This just defeats the purpose of the app.

Often unable to connect with the TV unless I reboot my phone just before I would like to use it. Once it does connect, it works as expected

Samsung Smarthub and touchpad Select functionality no longer work, as they did several IOS updates ago.

Because the original remote is needed to connect this app to the TV repeatedly, it defeats the purpose. If you’ve lost your original remote, then, based on my experience, you can’t use this app, until you can authorize it to connect to the TV by approving it with the original remote. If you have the original remote, there’s no need for this remote.

It’s okay. It works with our smart tv but every time it opens I have to enter a 4 digit code to reconnect it. Which often takes several times to get the code to work. I’ve got a different app that I use with three different Rokus and once the connection is made, it stays. Wish this was the same.

It’s pretty good the only thing about it is the delay when you press the button but other than that it’s really great
