Watch app is terrible
I got the 3-day free trail (yes 3 days, the shortest free trial I’ve ever had) so I could test the app on my apple watch but the connection is horrible. Every time I open the app I have to try to reconnect, however 9/10 times that does nothing. The only button that actually works from my watch is the on/off button and very rarely the Netflix button, one time I managed to increase the volyme by turning the crown but it happened with such a massive delay that I accidently turned the volume way to high and of course the featuee stopped working and I couldn’t turn it back down (using my watch).
Premium disappeared after reinstalling the app
I bought the Premium package in October 2019 and it worked but I when I’ve reinstalled the app on my iPhone, the premium package couldn’t be restored! I’ve sent them an email one week ago and still waiting.. don’t recommend this app!

Idk what this is. Free version only allows you to control the volume. Everything else you need to buy. Ads every 10 seconds Jesus....
Wasted potential
I bought this app when i saw that it offers an Apple Watch app and Siri Shortcuts, unfortunately the Apple Watch app crashes immediately upon starting it and the Siri Shortcuts are very limited, you can start and turnoff the tv (lg cx) and start Netflix, no other apps can be started with smart remote, be wary if you are thinking about buying this, wait until an update comes along to fix this or look somewhere else.
