I got a vouch through RAC… always paid on time. Once the couch was paid off I went back for a washing machine… always paid on time. The washer stopped working, I called them they called the servicing people who never called me. After a week I called them again, they said it’s out of their hands and put in another call to the servicing people and inquired about my payment. I told them they would get their money in full when I had a working washer! 2 more weeks passed… no call to repair and RAC wants their money for something I can’t even use. I told them to either come fix it or come get it. Nasty gram in the mail at the beginning of week 4 and they finally came to get it without calling to let me know they were close. NEVER doing business with them again. But they’re sorry for the situation and want me to know many others are in a similar situation right now.

Big THANK YOU to the Manager at the Pendleton Pike location Lemar McNeil for helping find a affordable washing machine and dryer for my daughter and granddaughter to purchase! His commitment and communication with me really set the standard for excellent customer service, compassion and consistency. Despite the obstacles Lemar kept his word and through for us. That alone is reason enough for me to remain a returning customer in the future.

the staff at the location in Asheboro NC is amazing. They all are great with customer service but Wade is the man!! He’s so good he gets me to make another purchase by keeping me abreast of what specials they have! I love doing business with people who care!
