The gown fit perfectly! It was my first time using RTR and I didn’t understand that I could make an account and rent 1 dress but they send a second gown in a different size for free! Customer service was so helpful in helping me figure out everything! I am a customer for life! Thank you!

They charged my credit card for a dress before I could send it back. Do not trust this service

Whether you’re renting or buying, take comfort in knowing you’re not only supporting a woman founded business, but helping reduce waste in the fashion industry. You can’t go wrong if you tried.

I’ve tried RTR monthly subscription twice and have been disappointed both times and ultimately cancelled. I feel like I wasted so much time trying to curate in stock items I liked, and ended up being disappointed with most everything I chose. Several items in my true size didn’t run true to size, a sweater was stretched out and in poor condition. I didn’t end up wearing anything and couldn’t find replacements I liked enough. The concept is great and the return process is pretty easy, so it could be worth trying if you are more patient and less picky than I am. Just be prepared for the in stock options to be limited and disappointing.

You can only use the service via a subscription and they make it too hard to pause which results in exorbitant monthly charges with no service

Dresses will be marked as available and then suddenly be unavailable when you add them to cart. Not sure if inventory doesn't stay up to date or the cart bugs out, but it's pretty annoying when you finally find something to wear and then suddenly have to start over.

The app continually logs me out as I navigate through the app. It’s incredibly frustrating to use. I’m also disappointed in the inventory available for subscribers. I haven’t been able to put in my first order yet, but I’m guessing it will be my last.

I’ve been a RTR fan for 7ish years and I still benefit from their monthly clothing subscription service. The best ever, tho, is when I have a formal event to attend and can choose from their fancy dress closet instead of spending a bunch of money on a dress I’ll wear once. This is a great company and service and app!

I ordered an outfit for an event and placed my order on the 14th for an event on the 23rd. My outfit was delayed and never came until the day I had to return it. I spoke with someone over chat and they assured me they would be rerouting my order since it would not be coming in time for my event in order to save me the hassle from having to make a trip to UPS to return something I didn’t even get to wear. However, the outfit still showed up at my door and I had to return it anyways. Very disappointed.

Hi rented the runway a year ago and loved it. I actually re-rented the dress I wore October 2023. That was my first choice but it came wrinkled, not clean and in a ball at the bottom of the bag. I ran to out to shop for an alternative when I reached my destination. Extremely disappointed!
