The app gets stuck on the first setup screen. I entered my phone number and tapped submit and now I just see a loading icon that doesn’t go away (I tried waiting a few minutes). I tried restarting the app and retrying a few times to no avail. I was able to download the app with my current cell reception so I doubt it’s a connection issue (at least not on my end).

They owe me 20$. I opened the box, got the boat out, then the app froze. My kid had closed the door already but forgot the paddle inside. The only option was to end the rental. Ka-tching! 20 bucks for 9 minutes of frustration. At the end, when returning the boats, the “unlock” button didn’t come up anymore, and the only option was “end rental”, which doesn’t unlock the box. So I had to leave the boats next to the cage. Called the number listed, it goes to voicemail. Maybe they’ll call back, who knows? Kayaks were fun though, hence 2 stars instead of one.

I’ve cancelled the membership a while ago and out of no where they decided to take $50 from my account when I haven’t rented the kayaks, and cancelled my membership. Don’t use this app if you want to keep your money!!
