This app helped me changed the temperature so I can sleep, all from the comfort of my bed

My apartment complex requires we pay for this service that never works. I have been unable to view my ring doorbell history through this app for over 2 months and the “developers” say they are working on a fix, but crickets….

This door lock system is incredibly convenient, especially as a renter. Being able to lock/unlock my doors remotely, provide temporary codes, and setup an auto lock feature are fantastic. Still, things could be even better. For starters, a toggled proximity feature that causes the door to unlock once the user is within a few inches of the door would be great. It could even work like modern car doors that have sensors to unlock with a touch when the keys are close enough. Also, I’m surprised there isn’t a watch app. Yes, it’s already convenient that I don’t need keys and can unlock my door from my phone, but why not from my smart watch too? That would make the proximity feature, mentioned above, even more reliable, as the watch is right on the wrist and could require a shorter distance to trigger. Overall, the system works great and there are other great features I didn’t mention. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t more room for improvement.

New version says it addresses lock codes and who can edit them but now I cannot edit any of the codes I have personally set. Please fix!!

Works ok for unlocking the door. Adjusting the Auto mode on our Honeywell thermostat is not compatible with the app. Have to leave it on heat or AC. Not worth the $30/mo that the landlord is charging. At this point that’s what I’m paying just for keyless access and it’s just not worth it.

Says thermostat is attached but doesn’t work half the time.

I’m terrible at remembering if I locked the doors or adjusted the thermostat before leaving. This has been a huge help!

I can unlock doors and change the temperature all from my phone. I absolutely love it. I never want to go back to the traditional way. Extremely convenient.
