I had booked my stay with rent my stay .. the home looked really good with all the furniture and appliance .. Later when I came to stay .. the sink was clogged to which the care taker never came to fix .. we fixed it on our own .. flat was full of small cockroaches they never did pest control before handing over, lift not working, pungent smell around. And the network inside this house was zero . They wouldn’t provide you gas cylinder and when you book one .. there is no refund for remaining gas and is being used by the gas dealer or the caretaker .. jugad between them.. I feel so irritated writing all these problems here I must mentioned about the exit process they charge you left right as per their wish .. the whole intention is to not return back the security deposit money. I regret booking from them and rather would have booked from Airbnb .. which delivers as they promise . Such things are the main reason behind the loss of small business Caretaker feedback - non responsive , non helpful and never returns calls .. always late .. Customer support team: I literally called them 10 times for the refund spilt mistake .. same with the finance team as well
