We joined free trial today and it did not work for us We can’t figure out how to unsubscribe Can anyone advise before it turns into weekly charge? Thank you!

Was ok until I got a new phone

It worked fine until I got a new phone (same Apple ID/iCloud) and now the app doesn’t recognise that I have not paid for it- constantly showing ads/pop up advertisements even though I can see it in my subscriptions. I pay $19.99 per year, and not only am i not getting the premium version anymore, but it’s advertising a cheaper price if I ‘upgrade’ to the paid version. It’s been like this for 4 months now, waste of money

Works as it should

Does everything it says it does, so can’t complain there! If you’re looking for something to save instagram stories, this is the app for you.

Cannot do anything

The app is slow and the design needs improving: I am having a hard time finding what I want and the app takes forever to do anything (there is no feedback!!)

Boa tarde, Realizei o down do App e cancelei pq não funcionou e a cobrança foi realizada. Aguardo o estorno, pois além de não funcionar, vocês disponibilizam 3 dias grátis.
