Was not able to use it ever. Previous version and the just released 1.8.0 as well. The app instantly crashes and force closes itself when opened. Reinstalls do not help. iPhone 15 plus. 17.5.1

Never have I seen or used an application that just keeps logging out immediately after logging in. It does this on across platforms. IE: Apple, Android OS. The service by the bank to correct the issue leave a lot to be desired. My personal opinion: WORST BANK TO HIT THE OECS TERRITORIES. Republic really need to listen to customers. Stop disrespecting nationals from other countries!

Garbage app. Get it together the Scotia Bank app was way better than this and developed much earlier

Republic bank ec app keeps crashing for iphone 14. Please update with improvements and fixes.

This app was poorly done. There’s room for allot of improvement. Really disappointed that I had to wait so long for THIS.

I’m still flabbergasted that with all the advancements we’ve made in technology to make a simple thing such as logging in to a mobile banking app secure AND simple, that Republic bank had to choose the most arduous method! Why is the consumer forced to login via their mobile phone? If my phone is stolen or my battery is dead, can’t I access my account on a friends phone? On a laptop only? Coming from how simple Scotia Bank’s login process was, this is overkill!!

My biggest gripe is that I just CANNOT LOGIN HOW I WANT. It seems only one mobile device is allowed to log into your account. I have other bank account in other places (and of course not forgetting Scotiabank) where I could login with no stress on my phone or my tablet. Why is one restricted on how and in which way they login?! I have joined Republic bank once in Trinidad & Tobago and cancelled it in pure haste because the online banking was and probably still is too arduous. Now it is just my luck that I am forced to deal with them here in Grenada. When I have to log on, it is a mental process to have the strength to deal with it Republic’s technology is terrible. This is where they rank extremely low on the ease of doing business.

Small banks. Credit unions. Almost anybody you can think of has a functional app. This is the worst and most frustrating banking app and it’s not even close. You really need to do better. Scotia’s app worked great. Their online banking was awesome. Since they became Republic it’s been pure garbage.

This is the worst bank app I have ever used. Several tries to log in. It took two bank personnel over an hour to switch me from an iPhone to an iPad.

Worst financial app I’ve ever used. Never let’s you log in. What a pain!!!
