App showed 0 queue apparently because I needed to update (which was optional), I got to the restaurant and found 14 in queue!!

البرنامج يطلب منك دفع عشان تنتظر ولما توصل المطعم يعطيك وقت انتظار أضعاف المذكورة في البرنامج. للاسف برنامج مظلل وخاصية دفع مبلغ للانتظار غير عادلة.

The is one obstacle item that prevents any user from logging in or register!

I hate this app so much and it lags so much that if I want to go to a restaurant and they use this application I will change the place.

I’ve been using this app with no problems for the past while but lately it’s been asking me to purchase tickets in order to reserve my spot and I believe anyone should be able to reserve without having to pay money.

Kept taking me to sign up page even though I was clicking on login, when I finally did log in, I tried to get in line at a restaurant, was told I have 26 waiting in front of me and that I had to buy a ‘ticket’, so after entering my credit card information and buying two tickets (god only knows why I have to pay just to get in line :)), drumroll, now the line is full and I can’t get in. Smart idea for an app yet executed very poorly with a side of rip-off.

The request you buy tickets every time you register to queue in restaurant in order to check your status, even though I’ve already purchased and have tickets in my accounts it asks me buy more with every new reservation. This is for sure the worse app for booking, and no wonder so many restaurants left them for another apps.

Im quiet familiar with the delivery fees in F&B applications. But having to pay just so you can reserve a table, let alone paying for your order is a new level of fraud . Good luck in what ever you guys are doing. But i don't think you're gonna stay in this game for long with this mentality.

This app is by far one of the worst apps i have used when it comes to UX. It is really bad. The app’s purpose is to make bookings or “virtual lines” for coffeeshops and stores but the fact is this app is just will get in your nerves before you even book. I did not go to a restaurant today just because they used this app and if i see any place use this app i will not go to them.
