Rescue Dash: Hospital Games

This is not the game that was advertised.

The game is not what I thought it would be. Very slow and not like other dash games. Deleting off my phone now.

This game is cool but the time is so short that you run out of time and cannot go to the next level without buying coins. Not cool

Soooooo I was just playing it and I realized where is the hospital part of the game the add said it has a hospital and I don’t see a hospital I’ve been playing this for a while now I just don’t see a hospital I mean otherwise it’s a pretty good game.

I like the game. But the adds freeze and i am unable to get my stars and boosters. Customer service doesn’t reply to messages that i sent. There should be better opportunities to receive boosters instead of having to watch 10 videos and if you get a hard then a very hard level you have to watch 20

Great game!!! I am enjoying it very much. Please add a way like watching ads to get boosters. They are really expensive and you typically need them for the harder levels.

Not at all like the advertisement i thought it was a hospital game like the advertisement showed and it was completely different the advertisement showed a nurse who took babies temperatures and changed them and it was completely different once downloaded.

It’s impossible to win levels without bonuses and it’s not like you give us ANY opportunities to win bonuses. Also why can’t we upgrade the workers to MOVE FASTER! You can’t do anything!! This game COULD be great, VERY addicting BUT you need to make some major adjustments!!

This game used to be the best time management game hands down. I’ve had it for several years and still love to play until recently. It’s now falling short. I’ve beat all levels so I’m in challenge mode that supposedly recycles all past levels in sets of 5. It has become extremely hard to past levels without a booster which is insane bc I’ve already passed these levels and made it to the end of the game which is why I’m in challenge mode. It also doesn’t recycle all past levels as it claims and the ones it does recycle, all seem to be the hardest of those levels. What happened to the basic levels? The newest level in the desert with camels they came out with a few months ago after a very long hiatus, still has not showed back up after I completed it months ago and there are several other levels I have not seen it at all. It took forever to get that new level and can’t even play it again let alone any more new levels. Another issue is losing the game at a 0 timer when the people rescued are running to the exit door. How is that possible? There’s nothing left to do bc u completed the task and they’re running to leave. Another issue is that the continuous resources give u the opposite of what u need until the very last second or not at all. I have 36 sec left and need 1 or 2 more burgers but it keeps replenishing tool boxes or vice versa. I don’t need 60 burgers and lose bc I couldn’t get 1 toolbox in the 5 times it replenished in those 36 sec. Also, what happened to the extra points towards the rewards when u have seconds or an abundance of resources left. How do I have 60 burgers and 15 tool boxes left but only earn 1 and a half star for the level? Another issue is if one of the firefighters is already at the truck, why do they stay instead of grabbing the resource and completing the task. Instead u have to wait for the other firefighter that that just finished a task and is heading back to the truck to grab the resource from the truck and run back out to complete the task. By the time they do that crucial seconds have been lost and u lose the game. Another issue is the game has also started to have many glitches after ad watches where u have to get out and get back in but miss out on the reward. There was also a glitch where u win no stars it’s blank after passing a level. Recently, the wheel that boost your coins by landing on a multiplier and watching an ad, is not showing on every level. It shows up on 2 out of the levels and without the wheel

I have to reinstall the game because its frozen screen after the updates.When i restart the game all the level i work hard is gone and i have to start all over again.I purchase the “no ads” option as well.I try to message the customer service many attempt but no response at all! So irresponsible!! I need a refund.
