The Resiliency Program was developed by Dr. Steven Zodkoy to improve the performance and endurance of active-duty USMC and Police personnel. Dr. Zodkoy has now adapted the Resiliency Program for the corporate sector, legal professionals, healthcare providers, government organizations, educational institutions, and the general public.

The program provides personalized recommendations for lifestyle changes, nutritional supplements, and mindfulness training that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. Decreased resilience can lead to burnout and stress, which is why we also organize a range of activities designed to create positive impact within your organization.
Subscription Information
* Yearly subscriptions are billed once annually
* Monthly subscriptions are billed once monthly
* Renewal costs match your original subscription price
* Payment is processed through your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the period end date, showing the renewal cost. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through your Account Settings after purchase. No refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription term.
