Why is it frozen?

I don’t know why, but for some reason whenever I try to get on the game nowadays it’s just a frozen screen stuck with the animations and I can’t do anything I miss the old days of this game. but when I was able to play, it used to be so much fun! that’s why I’m still rating it so high

This game is fun and the visuals are perfect I’m on level 53 and a message popped up stating that I cannot cook on this level that I must be at level 1000. Is this something new? I’ve been cooking on lower levels for years, please advise me as to what to do. The cooking for the cruise ship is so much fun! Please help!

Sad

I lost my game. Over $50 put into it all day and night playing and I can’t get my account back. I’m sick to my stomach. This was my fixation for 2 weeks and I made it to 22 and it’s all gone now. I need my account back or my money back SOMETHING. BC IM FURIOUS.

I love this game so much but the issues is my phone broke and I got all my data back for all my other games besides this and I don’t like starting over that’s a big issues man my iCloud and all is login so why Is my data not back ? Need to fix that asap

Update this and Bakery Story 2 as well

I see that both the first restaurant and bakery story were updated a month ago, can you all please do the same with these? And maybe fix the Facebook bug so I can save my progress? :)

You have to close out 80 ads before you can play. Highly annoying
