I subscribed to the premium service but despite Apple acknowledging it and sending me my confirmation the app will not let me use the service I subscribed to

it’s not a bad service the free version is excellent hopefully the premium offerings will increase over time enough to justify the annual subscription costs I only say that because you could plow through the premium in a month or two tops my only other issue is recently the app no longer works on Apple TV I try to reload the app and still the same thing and on my iPhone and iPad it works fine so I think since the update something went wonky so maybe another update is due

I should have never updated this app if i knew 1) Half of the dubbed anime shows would disappear. 2) My watch history would be erased. 3) I would now have to PAY for movies I’ve already seen although they had ads. I watched “Kite” free with ads but now there is a paywall. A lot of these animes had both subbed and dubbed version, that’s not the case now after they removed Ippo dubbed. Like 70% of the dubbed shows are gone. You can’t even put on closed captions. You can no longer watch anything in landscape mode. What the hell happened?! 😡

Why would you put the app in portrait instead of landscape?

I was charged once on the 2nd and once near the end of each month. I don’t understand why I was charged twice when the agreement is 4.99USD per month.

iPhone 11 iOS 16 the app is broken. Freeze on launch.

I can’t believe this service exists, it’s amazing! RetroCrush is a streaming service for older anime that can be difficult to find elsewhere. I’m impressed by the library so far and that app works excellently with iOS screen mirroring. There is a free version offered with ads, or a premium version without ads offered at a small monthly fee. Both are excellent

Nothing is appearing on my home page. I don’t understand, does this app not work in Hong Kong? I’ve refreshed and checked my internet connection many times.
