Bad audio; bad transcription. So what is this for again?

This app is easier to use and I love the fact that it can sync with dropbox!

I could be wrong but pre-iOS update it worked fine. Now it force closes every time I try to open it. The app is currently inoperable. Update: it works as before, thanks!

It took a few iPad software updates, but happy to say the Rev app works perfectly once again!

I’ve paid so much for hours of AI transcripts which turns out I can’t view in a google doc unless I COPY and PASTE. What exactly did I pay for??? // Also the update made pause button smaller which makes it more likely you record DEAD AIR .. guess what.. you get charged by the MINUTE not the word. So I had to pay $25 for a small amount of text bc of dead air. // Next, the pricing for the new subscription model is very misleading, I have never received even 1 minute of free AI transcript. //Also, the subscription matrix fails to mention that you can only see part of your transcript in the browser unless you have a “pro plan “.. hello I PAID $10 for a transcript that must be downloaded and copy and pasted. I have so many files.. it’s going to take me FOREVER to get my book notes into google doc. I really regret using this to help me write my novel.

Does not understand 2 languages in the same call

I don't believe the human transcription I am paying for is actually done by a human or anyone that speaks and understands English. The quality is awful. Don't get me started on their new AI that they are pushing. It is awful. Do not recommend. Way too expensive for the horrible quality.
