There are lots of camera companies out there- but none with as horrible customer service AFTER the sale as Verizon-
I had one tracker moved from a sold truck to the newly purchased truck and it has never worked. The same “technician” installed cameras which didn’t work properly either. All he did was shrug his shoulders and left. This same installer damaged the dashboard of one of my trucks. I reported all this and nothing has been done to correct the issues. I would have been better off getting dash cams from Amazon and installed myself. Not to mention cheaper!
I Purchased this Service, so my service trucks were safe and could be located but there’s been days and weeks while the service wasn’t working. It’s not fair. It’s not right. system ain’t the best just giving you guys more time to figure it out thank goodness I haven’t lost a service truck yet value of my trucks and equipment are three to $400,000 each. There is some kind of bug where when you turn on vehicle labels, the vehicle names appear only for a second and then they disappear. Please resolve this issue.
**Terrible Experience with Verizon - Hidden Charges and Poor Customer Service** I am extremely disappointed with Verizon. Despite their assurances that I could cancel my service for free within a 90-day probation period, they have charged me for services I did not agree to and did not use. After contacting their customer service multiple times, I was given the runaround and told that there was nothing they could do. This is a clear case of misleading and unfair business practices. Beware of hidden charges and unhelpful customer support if you choose Verizon. I expected better from such a large company. Avoid Verizon if you value transparency and honesty in your service providers.
