Revel: All-Electric Rides

This is absolutely the most cost effective and safest ride share in Manhattan. There’s no doubt in what kind of service and safety you’re receiving. I love it.

I had been getting sponsored ads for this app every time I would travel to cities that they service. So finally I gave in and decided I will use them for a trip to the airport. I scheduled a ride a day in advance to ensure they would arrive. I waited 30 minutes and as my driver was 1 minute away he canceled. Then I was promoted for 15 minutes to “find another drive” only for it to get canceled and the rates to then go 5x what I scheduled for. Ultimately ended up being cheaper to call an Uber and I was charged an additionally $40. I would not recommend this app

I really enjoy knowing the type of vehicle picking me up and the assurance that it will be clean. I can just sit back and enjoy the ride. Pricing is affordable as well and great special offers!

First time using revel, I booked an early morning ride to the airport over 24 hours in advance and the app authorized my card. I was notified TEN MINUTES before I was scheduled to leave that I could not be matched with a driver - in Manhattan! Was looking forward to having a new ride service to the airport but this company is not reliable. I will stick to Lyft.

Teach your drivers locations of their services so they know where to pick up customers

I wanted to try this because of all the ads I saw but when I downloaded the app it asked me to put in my name, and the only button after that was “sign out” not “enter” or “next” so it was impossible to complete logging into my account. Buggy app and too bad because I would have used it from LGA to home.

I have been trying to get in touch for support as my account is not allowing me to request rides however it took ages for someone to respond to me. The response was unhelpful, did not resolve my issue and despite asking for further help no other support has been provided.

Not only are they by far the best ride share app and company, they are super good with their customer service. I left my phone in a revel and as a tourist they got my phone back to my house within 48 hrs in Florida. Whenever I’m in the NYC area they are the ONLY ride share company I trust. PERIOD!!!

This is not an on demand service. Revel is more like a I have 15/20mins to kill. Let me roll the dice & order a car. Maybe it will be here in 20mins & maybe it will be here in 3mins.
