My money has gone off the game🤬🤬🤬🤬
I was slaying the dragons, I had heaps of money, then as I was slaying my money started to drop by THOUSANDS, it was at 18k then went to 16k then 10k then 8 now 4! What the hell is going on? NOT HAPPY
Great game
I’ve been playing for a while now and my castle is level 27. I just tried logging in and I can’t. Can anyone help. The automated responses in your feed back are not helping at all.
Scam
My bank card was stolen and purchased where made by someone else so I called the bank to cancel and return the money they put my in app purchases down there aswell I called them and told them it was legitimate and the investigation was canceled and the money that was taken from ONEMT was sent back to them by the bank. ONEMT has then said they haven’t received it on numerous occasions even tho I have the receipt numbers and have called the bank to confirm it was received by them (which it was) then when I tell them the date and time they received it on they stop replying wasted $47,000 on this game to have my account banned over $1,300 hahaaha they want me to send it to them on PayPal they scammers

Hi, I have been playing this game for the last 4 years this game has been great. The last 6 months I have started to have a lot off problems after there new updates.. missing icons or bugs the issue is I message support to get these problems to be fixed and you now have to wait over 16 days or even longer before they get back to you if they do at all. This has started to push me away from game as I am at a disadvantage to the rest.. please look in to getting more GM or at least reply to your players to help improve the game play
Thieves thieves thieves
Every time i buy a pack they deduct double I didn’t notice first but when i did I contacted them and they say we can’t do anything about it i have the screenshots of that conversation. Stay away from them they are thieves they steal your money everytime you buy packs.
Money sucking game
It’s nice to play but you find your self spending loads of money on it and never seem to get enough for the money spent. I’d advise to stay away from this game
Miserable updates
The game updates and testing process is pretty lousy. After spending thousands of dollars a game update on 10.06.2019 has taken away resources from all castles in every kingdom. Ros please fix your bugs and fix how you deal with bugs in the game. Don’t lose your customers.

Rip off
I mistakenly ordered a pack my phone was in my pocket and when I reached in it processed! I did not open it and immediately contacted them to have it reversed! I didn’t open it and told them to remove it from my game or even to delete my game as long as I got a refund! No help at all they did not care or even try to help all they cared about was the money!!! Do not download this game !!
