Great app for finding gear and ease of buying/negotiating. They charge quite a bit in selling fees though.

They should add in a button that can cancel an offer that the user submitted within a certain time period.

Update to one star. I have sold hundreds of items and the scams have gotten worse while the selling fees get higher and there is no real customer support. A fake buyer scammed me and reverb wouldn’t even support made me go through PayPal. One extra star because it does work to sell things. Another tech company taking in money with little to no service to keep profits high and investors happy

This item is close by and listed as local pickup but I could not figure out how to do this so someone will end up paying for unnecessary shipping. I could not proceed to place the order unless I had it shipped.

The app doesn’t save the location manually entered. It is pointless to share your location with the app unless you live in your city center. When using my local town as the location, I get one result to my searches. When I enter the location of the nearest city, located less than 2 miles from my house (5 stop signs and 1 traffic light… I get hundreds of results. Does this even include results from my local town and all of the surrounding local towns?!?!?!? The local search appears to work correctly on reverb’s website. 🤔 It’s almost 2025. The company knows that they are doing this. This is a feature, not a bug… BUUUT…… I’m giving two stars because I had a good experience the one time I bought from here. Don’t just pay the asking price for gear in here. Favorite the item and they will usually send you a better price offer, otherwise you can make an offer.

I offered a trade for a righty Yamaha top of the line pedal plus money but the Seller politely declined my offer. I saw that the item was still available and looks pretty awesome so I made an offer and it was accepted. I will tell you about the pedal after I receive it and give it a whirl. I’ve heard that this may be the second best double pedal that Tama ever made! Thank you Matt!
