REVERSIBLE - Designer Fashion

I made a purchase, got an email from Reversible saying the seller got suspended, advised me to cancel my order through PayPal on my own. Since it was the beginning of the process, I had to choose never received my order on PayPal dispute option in order to proceed. Texted seller numerous times on Reversible to cancel order, but got ignored. Seller sent something to an address that is not mine and PayPal denied my dispute request. Wrote to Reversible again to ask for help, and they simply denied me as well. In my opinion, if I ordered something before seller got suspended, Reversible is responsible. Like me, you are NOT protected with your purchases, don’t order here, go to more reputable and responsible platforms!

I sell a lot on Vestiaire so I wanted to check this app out, I started looking around and saw some items misrepresented in terms of price. For example they are listing a Large Bottega Hop for $2900 when you click on Buy it asks you to select from three different online retailers, I selected the one with the sale price of $2900 and when I arrived on the site it was actually the small size. So they are mislabeling prices.

My first search for some Gucci shoes came up with such a great variety of prices from worldwide shops. Found the best offer through this app. Definitely recommend it!!!

Try to make offers on items, but there is an error message “ the payee does not have valid PayPal account “ Strange when I use my PayPal to buy pretty much everything online…..

Ever since it acquired JawnFlip, no bugs seems to get fixed nor is their any major updates. The chatting area kept not showing full sentences, the bumping mechanism kept missing, even payment issues… Such a bad M&A for both JF and Reversible
