Features include reservation management with pre-ordering capabilities, automated check-in, and a request panel/dashboard that allows the Guest to guide the experience and receive an elevated level of service. An Online Booking Portal accompanies the app, allowing Guests to secure a VIP table reservation directly from the Venue’s website and access it immediately upon Venue acceptance.
