Internet based banking with no service
Im using revolution business, and the platform looks impressive by first impressions.
But as you start using the platform you see that it’s not intuitive and is based on AI - it means if you have a question that fit the box, everything is fine - but if you have a special request it’s nearly impossible to find answers and most of all you will use your time chatting with and unusedull AI bot .
Not worth the time if you are running a business.
The know your costumer requirements is also very standard- if you have something specific- there will be no help to find - only a IA bot to talk to and you will spend many hours with no result.
Revolut is fine for private people, for a business it is waste of time.
Use a bank with real people working for you, instead of just wasting your valuable time.
I saw transfer locked up in cyperspace because Revolut delayed the arrival from abroad.
Waiting for your money net to arrive is just a waste for you.
I would not recommend Revolut bank for business.

It is simply impossible to get in touch with Revolut, you can't call them, you can't write to them either from the computer or from the app, it's incredibly poor service. This applies to both those of us who have private and business offices. You have to do better.
