Revolut has frozen €273 of my money without any valid reason or explanation. They told me the review would take 10 calendar days. It’s now been 11 days, and I’ve received no email, no update, and no proper response. I followed every instruction, I explained clearly that this is my legal income, and that there’s nothing suspicious. I waited patiently. But instead of resolving anything, I keep getting copy-paste replies that avoid my questions and offer no real help. My questions are being completely ignored, and I’m being disrespected as a client. Let’s be clear: ✅ They broke their own stated deadline. ✅ They violated my customer rights. ✅ They’re holding my money with no legal justification. ✅ They are not responding to direct, simple questions. ✅ They are not transparent or accountable. Revolut has caused me stress and wasted my time. They don’t care if I needed the money urgently – for medical reasons, travel, or family emergencies. They just freeze your funds and stay silent. I have screenshots of everything, and I will be reporting this case to financial regulators. But I also want to warn others: this company is unreliable, and the way they treat clients is completely unacceptable. If you value your time, your rights, and your money – think twice before trusting Revolut. Update 30.05.2025 Review: Revolut blocked my account on May 13th, and today is May 30th — that’s 17 days, not the 10 calendar days they promised for the review process. They froze €273 of my own hard-earned money, and since then I’ve been passed from one generic reply to another in the app chat. Each agent says: “soon,” “we understand,” or “thanks for your patience” — but no one is actually helping or solving anything. I submitted everything they asked for. I explained where the money came from. I wrote a formal complaint. No one has contacted me directly or explained why this is taking so long. Not by email, not in-app — nothing. They keep saying they follow the law, but they are the ones violating basic consumer rights, promising timeframes and ignoring them, freezing funds without a clear reason or timeline, and refusing to communicate honestly. Revolut wants people to follow rules, but when it’s their turn to follow rules — they don’t. They abuse their power and treat customers like we don’t matter. What if that money was for medicine? For a sick child? For rent or travel? They don’t care. So be careful. Revolut can freeze your money at any time — and no one will help

I heard about the app from one of my friends, I wanted to create an account. I have a Tunisian citizenship and I have visa to Germany, I was trying since yesterday to get my account verified but the app couldn’t accept my visa documents even when I tried several times.
the app is great but i hope you'll add a dashboard which divides the monthly transactions to categories ( groceries, restaurants…)
