Revolut X: Buy Bitcoin, Crypto

When buying whatever it shows in the chart we need to pay that but while selling they give us less than the chart if you can let us buy in the same price as chart why not while selling

They took my 500$ and from last 4 weeks they are still saying we are working on it.Totally not the best choice to do spot trading here.

This app is full of bugs. My friend lost money and I can't find why my portfolio is negative of 1000 dollars even though I haven't sold anything.

My crypto trade funds have been misplaced by the Revolut X app, and my crypto tokens have effectively gone missing. Their support team has admitted awareness of of a outtage problem in their app, but told me it would take they have no timeline to resolve and give me my money/coins back. I can see all of my fulfilled transactions in the trade log on the app. For a trading platform, this level of risk and lack of urgency is unacceptable. There are far safer and more reliable apps in the market that prioritise user funds and transparency. I strongly advise against using this one. And they are regulated by the FCA.

They are not transparent and locking/withholding your assets without any prior notice. Their policies and terms and conditions are only applicable if its suits them. When you prove them wrong they send you script messages with apologies but done do nothing to help. BTW. Revolt X doesn’t really have a little fees. If you look closely when you buying coins they charge you much more for each coin than the actual price of the coin. And you only notice that after transaction is completed.

Crashes too often for my liking especially if you looking to trade with big amounts then avoid it. Decent app otherwise and a good spread

Constant maintenance makes it impossible to trade

During the last couple of weeks, I have had many issues with this app, including being unable to use my money for seven days. Customer service has been unable to help me or give me a day when this will be solved. Very upsetting because I used to love and recommend this app. 👎🏻

Good app, but I can only withdraw my crypto to Revolut app, why? On safari browser I could use this feature, not anymore. Please add it back.

Revolut have now lost over $500 of my crypto, claiming they are looking into it, copy and paste messages every day. Some payments are pending, some haven’t even reached my account even though I can see else where it’s with Revolut. Do not recommend! Thieving and lying.
