I’d say Rachel’s program should be given to every mother when they’re discharged after birth, but I’d have benefitted from her education on core strength and building your body from the inside out even decades before I had a baby. This program is slow and steady and meets you where you’re at, and has so much to push you when you’re ready. I recommend it to everyone!
This has been the most consistent and longest I have stayed with an exercise program. I feel so much stronger and feel better too! Can’t say enough great things about Revolution Motherhood

This program has helped me tremendously! I am 2.5 years PP and still look forward to these workouts every day. I have been in the best shape of my life. These workouts allow me to stay in shape and toned and I love how I can customize how long I work out and which type of intensity and intensity I want to do!
I LOVE Revolution Motherhood and the huge selection of videos and tutorials for each level. Starting with simple breathing exercises to retrain your muscles, everything builds upon the previous step. It’s a great tool to have, I wish every postpartum woman would get this app (and go to her in person classes).
I wish this would have existed for my post-partly recovery! There is so much here! I am 9 years into motherhood and still cherish this work and all the healing it brings. Rachel is a joy to listen to and a masterful guide who keeps me focused and interested despite the virtual aspect! I hope one day she opens a studio!!! Thank you Rachel!!!

There’s nothing like Revolution Motherhood! I couldn’t find a program that was focused on a woman’s body after birth. I had a 2 finger diastasis and it closed after phase 2. I was on the mat 5-7 day’s a week and I’m still going on strong! It’s a wonderful program and I highly recommend it!
This program is amazing and the new app makes working out with Rachel so easy. I’m able to stream from my iPad, iPhone, or AppleTV! I‘be been practicing yoga with Rachel since before I got pregnant, but since having my daughter three years ago, this is the only workout program that has worked for me to get back into my yoga practice and target the areas (core and lower body) that I lost I ouch with during pregnancy. The postpartum period is tough and Revolution Motherhood gave me both the mental and physical strength to take care of myself and my family. I completed the 12-week Foundations Program 3 years ago and now the phase 2 and signature classes are my go-to workouts. My favorite workouts now are the following: - 30-min Signature Lower Body - Phase 3 Core - 20-min Phase 2 waist toning - Phase 2 Level 3: full body - Phase 3: Full Body - Strength Builder morning quickie 13 min yoga - 60 minute signature
