Revv - Self Drive Car Rental

I am writing this to raise awareness among the folks booking car with Revv. My experience with the car I booked had enough number of problems to start with: 1. Foul dirt like smell in the car all the time. Seems like someone carried dirt or rotten meat. Customers should not have to go through such experience. 2. The automatic window was not working which is dangerous for parking the vehicle. when I reached support , and local maintenance , I was asked to get this fixed at local mechanic. What kind of service is that? 3. All the tyres has air pressure around 10 or 8, which I needed to get it fixed. Until I wasn't aware I was driving with this dangereous situation. Not at all acceptable. 4. The condition of car is pathectic to start with and support had their tantrum and no intentions to help. With all that said, even to reach the customer support to get this resolved I needed to reach out to them multiple times. And when talking to local maintainence I was told that they don't have driver so if the car needs to be changed I need to bring the car at their preferred location which was 2 hours from my place. I would very politely ask the Revv team to do better. Not a experience I would have hoped for based on my past bookings with Revv.

Don’t book cars with Revv when I asked for Automatic vehicle customer service representative booked the manual vehicle paid advance amount of 1000/Rs and again he booked the automatic vehicle 1000/Rs paid advance amount and I cancelled the booking now Iam getting messages to pay 2280/Rs . Now you people are telling to go through policy . This has to be informed by CSR on call when he is booking the car on behalf of customer. Pathetic service third class customer service representative don’t book with Revv.

These guys are scamsters. Don’t waste your money! They call you make you book a car and don’t deliver it!

Pros- they have doorstep delivery and pick up for added price. Cons- They will deduct your deposit money like its never meant for refund.

Revv after acquiring has lost all credibility, I booked Hyundai Creta and they called back 2 days before delivery saying car not available until 5 more days and they can provide a temp car. The temp car is Alto A10 with all 4 tires very small as if spare tires. The temp car stopped 2 times in the middle of the road and once we had to call a mechanic. Don’t accept if they are giving temp car, the temp car will be the worst car you drive in your life and will waste lots of your time by stopping in the middle of the road

Service is good. However be careful while booking, select kms before hand which will cost you very less. When I booked difference between 130 kms and 91 kms was just Rs 10, but couldn’t modify the booking later for the same price, they were charging Rs 500. Also if you book a car without petrol, keep your petrol charge receipts handy just in case you paid for extra fuel

I have loved using Revv every time. Their customer service is excellent. Booking is smooth, customer support answers in no time and are always prompt & helpful, pick-up & delivery executives are nice & professional, and their refund process is timely & fair. The only area they are lacking is in the car cleanliness. Cars are often dirty and cannot be cleaned even by the delivery executives. I have complaint multiple times and even placed special request at the time of booking but on-ground cleaning personnel do what they do. Nobody seems to have control over them. It’s the only area they are lacking. Otherwise, they are a great provider and it’s their service that make me want to go to them every time.

I have been using Revv cars for more than 2 years now. They have wide range of cars in their inventory compared to other rentals like Zoomcar. I have got the car what I have booked for 99% times. I would definitely recommend this car booking app to others confidently.

Did not come on time, 4hrs delay. The drop off location kept changing and wasted another 3hrs. Offered reimbursement in cash, but gave their cheap coupons instead. Hope you keep it in mind before taking their sad service Also, the breaks in their car weren’t in the right condition. Have a safe ride :)

Everything is seem less; all people I talked for the service is motivated and customer driven. Definitely recommend for car rentals and I feel this gonna disrupt car rental eco system in India. Only concern is cancellation policy.They charged 400 Rs for cancelling within a min after booking. that is something they should look to revise and that is not mentioned anywhere else.
