Unable to log in, and trying to reset also takes damn long with the circle keeps turning. After finishing this review I go back to the page and the circle still turning.
Even after uninstall n reinstall
Cant order food because sign up flow is broken. Chose to go neighbouring mall instead.
The slide to redeem feature never work, doesn’t matter how many times you tried. No point to collect points because the app is never work properly.
Had errors registering, only succeeded on the 7th try after which there was error ordering. Just gave up and ordered via the touch screen without first bistro buyers order discount.
Please rectify issue. Receipt upload does not activate camera, scanner shows a black screen even when app has access to camera. Thank you so much.
When I tried to setup a new account, the SMS to verify the account just doesn’t come in. My friend tried and the same thing happened on his phone as well. Please fix.
1. Self data entry with non-user friendly pick up list 2. Receipt reject without reason 3. Harsh policy on submission in a day 4. Ridiculous redemption rate, $1 for 1 point, 1000 points for $5 voucher. Supermarket purchase is even less. Why should I go through all above for 0.5% rebate? Recommend to just delete the app, don’t waste time and effort!
So much frustrating bugs for ordering bistro bites. Had to reorder everything because the app hung and cleared everything in my cart, to bot being able to find a driver for delivery. We walked to the mall for self pick up and agter 30 mins our food is still preparing. Even asking for help in the app had bugs. We only found out our food has been ready but the app is not updating. Very poor experience and such a bad branding for the company.
