Wasted over a year for nothing
It took me about a year to accumulate 1000 points that was supposed to be redeemable for $10. However, when I tried to request for redemption equivalent to $10, it was my first attempt to withdraw. Then my account became inaccessible within 24 hours of the request. I was hoping it was only temporary but it’s almost a month since and I still can’t access my account. This looks like just another scam. I will change this to 5 star if I get to receive the $10 they owe me. Until then this is a scam…stay away…
