The iphone remains connected but the app loses connection even when its in my pocket. The app needs an equalizer to fine ture to an individual’s needs. Forget hearing. Conversation in a crowded room, the background noise is overwhelming

I use these great hearing aids because I have Tinnitus in a bad way. They are great help with the ocean sounds. I love them. RX is Fantastic.

The right aid quit working so had it fixed. Now the app doesn’t “recognize” it and will not connect. The app says “turn it off then on again” but there is no ON and OFF switch. So the app is useless. But we were sold on all the advantages and benefits of connecting these to our smartphones, right? JUNK. They can’t even connect with the B’tooth services we use the most - television, radio, and automobiles. USELESS JUNK and mine don’t even connect with my phone(s).

I like them because I can adjust the hearing. And u really don’t see them

Stopped working so tried to reinstall it. Dead. No movement.

Sometimes it works, most times not. Turn off/on works sometimes, not often.

Sufficient for very basic necessities of the Rexton Reach hearing aids. The following items are needed to be comparable to average hearing aid apps (not even close to Jabra’s): -Need to have the ability to modify programs without having an audiologist do it with their system. -Need to have a “Find My Hearing Aids” feature on the app (and likely the firmware of the HAs) at least for iOS. -Rexton needs to make an Apple Watch version of this app for better mobile functionality. My watch has cellular service so I don’t always carry my phone and can’t make changes without the phone. -Need a bit more functionality for sound adjustments rather than only balance, volume, and sharpness. The hearing aids are great. It the app is at least 5-10 years behind.

Never had any issues with the app, other than wanting more custom ability, however after the most recent update my hearing aid disconnects from the app constantly which causes my hearing aid to stop functioning. If fixed I’ll revise my review.

Adjustments seem to have limited improvement. Constantly changing.

With every iPhone update I have to figure out how to get my hearing aids to connect again or go into Costco and have them do it
