I am on my 3rd Day. Im Happy i took this step. Changing habits is not easy. But I feel safe with the support from customer care. The app is very high-quality both meal and exercise plan. I recommend this app if you want to be more healthy.

I didn’t have any problems on my Phone, but when I tried to use my iPad for the videos, it kept spinning. I think it would be great if the videos could be downloaded so that we could play them if we were at a place that didn’t have good service. Not that this would have helped me in this situation, but I have gone to hotels or my parents house and tried to play videos and wasn’t able to do to the service. Sometimes even attached to the WiFi!

I read an article about this app and I thought that it was guided exercises. It’s not. It’s a food app in which you can track your water consumption and the exercise it showed me was a wall sit. ???? If it is a food app, why they tried to upsell me about food tracking related add ons is gross. Glad I didn’t fall for that. I saw this only AFTER getting through their glitchy app. You have to push a button several times before it will react. Be advised that if you cancel, you’re still saddled with this garbage app for as long as you’ve paid for it.

Do not buy!!!!! App is not worth it, Customer service is horrible. Bought & signed up & was displeased in first 2 weeks—- Refused refund, canceled & told me auto renewal turned off. I deleted app & never used it. Fast forward… next renewal goes thru on CC I immediately contact & they refused to refund… 6 emails of money off lifetime memberships Now into day 2 of a renewal on a product I do not use, & they are refusing to refund stating I signed up for the product with T&Cs for auto renewal, Explained issue from before, April from CS informed me 50% Better products elsewhere….. Save your money.

Be careful with their subscriptions. They increase their fees randomly without notice even after they give you the option to renew for a cheaper subscription to entice you not to leave.

I signed up for one month of this service. I downloaded the app and after seeing how bad it was, I immediately cancelled my subscription so that I wouldn’t get charged again after the one month which I paid $30 for. They claim to have no record of me canceling, but it never showed up as a subscription in Apple which I check every week or so. They not only will not refund me the $60 they charged me today, after I had already cancelled, but they keep offering me a waste of time lifetime subscription even after I said no to that offer and said I would be reporting them to Apple. The same woman, just emailed me again and this time said “how about we give you a 50% refund and 50% lifetime access. I cannot believe Apple would allow this kind of a scam to exist on its platform. Stay away!!!

Make sure you read the fine print. It is not a money back guarantee if you don’t like the program. You have to prove you have been following the program and then prove it isn’t working for you to ASK for your money back. No GUARANTEES that you will get your money back. If there were zero stars that is what I would give. Very misleading

This app does not provide what it advertises and then makes you pay an exorbitant amount of money to discover that that is the case. Besides the app being extremely buggy, they have like three plant-based meal options. So even though I have plant-based selected as my meal plan, the meals that they give me routinely (twice a day) have recipes involving meat. Clearly, this a just a scam that is designed to specifically target women.

Don’t waste your time with this.

I love these workouts! They achievable and I feel better already!
