RHB Share Trading

I’ve used to older apps. The original RHB Invest and TradeSmart. Both were at least usable with UI and UX that make sense. This new app however, is so bad. We didn’t ask for this, as it’s just shoved down users’ throat. No proper attempt to even fix bugs, improve usability or at least make things better over time. I’m on my last leg as a client. If not for my remisier, I would have easily switched to another investment bank. Shame on you RHB.

Rubbish management got rubbish upgrade. The worst apps I ever used. Always loading and hv to reinstall the apps again & again.

Terus terang aku katakan, platform apps yang lama lebih nampak matang, profesional, lebih senang untuk teliti sesuatu2 kaunter Apps baru hanya copy paste dari M+ 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Somehow the app cannot open after use for few times

And these RHB remisiers are totally unhelpful and unable to help me understand what was going on. And keep telling me to tell my child to fix RHB IT and account problems for RHB, when my child doesn’t even work for RHB!

If you want to copy M+ platform, then please copy EVERYTHING. I can’t even see my total investment value in the portfolio.

Come on RHB. You can do better than this. Please don’t force me to open another brokerage account somewhere...

What’s wrong? What happens to your lousy vendor, partner, disti and IT team?! Please make sure the POC is really can be done and no bug only go live! It’s make me not trade for like a week😒the lost bear by who ? Can please get the right people do the right things! 😡 please do not put those news if the software cannot take it! Can just stick back to the old app instead??!!

The app offer experience for iPadOS is not good everything seems like a copy from ios version with limited functions from the Apps. I wish Developer can develop support for iPadOS version that support Landscape mode viewing as well as make IOS + iPadOS browser support its services. Thank you
