Absolutely love the app,very straight forward but it would be nice to have a few extra hours or more days to fast instead daily. Sometimes I do 36/48 hour fasts and I’ll need to insert it daily.

I like the app but I would like to be able to add fasts that I perhaps forgot to track on the app.
Thanks for creating a simple way of keeping track of my progress without fees and other hassles.
It would be good if I could set the date and time I started the fast even if it was hours ago.
Love the ease and simplicity of the app- matches the nature of fasting!
I found this app and added it about 3 hours after my last meal. However, there is no way to adjust the clock to set the to match the time one last ate. So the first day in my example will show I didn’t fast for 3 hours which should count towards my first fasting day.
If you don’t want to get complicated and just have something simple to try your fasting times, this is it.
Plan, simple, and to the point. App does exactly what you need and nothing beyond. Appreciate creators of the app making it so simple!
Just started using, but the simplicity is extremely appreciated. Although other features can be great when starting a health journey, they can also be overwhelming. We all know changes can be hard and having a simple tool to encourage and quickly see compliance is very helpful.
I used to use a another popular app for tracking fasts, but after an update, they wanted me to sign up, login, etc. I just want to track my fasts, not give out my personal info. This app is perfect for that.
