You will improve your confidence and comfort on the ball, so you can be the best player on every pitch you step on.
-An exercise database featuring 1450+ exercises (all narrated by Ric). You will never run out of drills!
-Three New Pro Tips delivered weekly by professional footballers from around the globe. This will allow you to learn from those who are playing at the level you strive for.
-A New Nutrition Presentation every single week from Certified Precision Nutrition Coach – Eric Friedlander. Look, feel and perform your best every time you step onto the pitch!
-New Mindset/Lifestyle Presentations every single week from RicFit (who has played and lived alone overseas for 8 years), so you can be mentally prepared for the highs and lows of the game.
-A weekly Q&A with the app creator so he can answer any questions that you may have.
-A Discord Group, exclusively for app users. which will aid you in building connections within the football industry. This will also serve as a special place for you to share your “wins” and “losses” (so you can be supported on and off the field)!
