Before Rich and Fit I hid in my shell of not being fully confident with taking my shirt off and showing my chest scars. After joining the brothers at Rich and Fit, I am the first person to take my shirt off because they embrace me for being comfortable in who I am. Not only that, after getting laid off I literally got a remote job from a connection at Rich and Fit. Join this gym if you want to get richer and fitter: I’m living proof!

No pre-workout needed at this gym. The trainers and the community of people that train here are about hard work and results in a positive atmosphere. If you feel good, you train good, you look good, you feel good, you train good, etc. Keep it rolling Rich & Fit!

Real nice looking gym. Great environment. Staff is very friendly. Would recommend this gym to anybody trying to get Rich and Fit!
